I’m on a roll, so I can’t be discouraged if I don’t drop at least a little weight every day.  That isn’t realistic (see my blog on To Weigh or Not to Weigh).  I will be dropping my daily weigh-in habit soon, as some of the easier pounds come off and before I get frustrated. But I feel so good and am SO surprised that I don’t feel any sugar cravings that I believe I have found my eating plan for life!

BREAKFAST/LUNCH:  12:00  (still not hungry, working off the holiday pudge so didn’t eat earlier)

Green smoothie:  Fit protein powder, collagen powder, spinach, kale, spirulina, chlorella, turmeric

DINNER:

Salad with kale, spinach, ground turkey, radishes, blue cheese (still using a smidge for flavor, not even 1/2 oz). Using combo of Greek and Caesar dressings, store-bought made with avocado oil, and added my homemade tahini dressing.  Felt the need of lots of savory flavors this evening.
