It seems I have turned a corner.  The foods I’m choosing seem to satisfy me for the longer times between meals, and I have such satisfaction, mentally and physically, as I watch the scale go down and feel lighter in my body.

BREAKFAST:  11:30

1 1/2 eggs, scrambled with onion, hot sauce added (capsaicin is a heat spice that aids weight loss)

LUNCH: 4:00

green smoothie:  green superfood powder, matcha green tea powder, turmeric, spirulina, chlorella, bone broth collagen, prebiotic fiber, Moringa

DINNER:  7:30

Ate leftover salads from last night’s dinner.  Even though not a full meal, I was completely satisfied with the smaller amount.
