A restful day. I couldn’t believe how little I ate and had absolutely no food cravings. This was kidney flush day one. That meant I was to eat only watermelon, an herbal tea, and water. I bought five mini-watermelons, thinking I would be hungry, but I only got through one today. This is only a two-day flush, so I’m ecstatic I am requiring so little food to feel in top shape. It seems (fingers crossed) that the cravings are gone for good, as long as I don’t re-introduce sugar and salt. It’s a bland diet for me from now on, but that’s a price I’m willing to pay to feel this great.
Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner- Watermelon, as much as I wanted, which ended up being only one mini-melon. Dandelion root tea.
