I’m on the road for two weeks, including the final two days of my detox, so I spent the majority of the day creating four different meals for the beginning of my vacation. They probably won’t let me on the plane with whatever I haven’t eaten. With that outcome in mind, I put each meal, two cups each for the two days, in Ziploc bags. Then I can dispose of them at the airport if necessary.

Breakfast and Lunch-

I skipped. I just was not hungry. I’ve been told and spent the majority of the day creating four different meals for two days, exercising with the weights I can’t pack in my luggage, and taking my final coffee home colonic.

Dinner-

As I was preparing the meals I took mouthfuls of the quinoa/black bean mixture prepared a few days ago.
