I’m finding juice in the morning is finally satisfying. But since I am on Day 12 I did expect my stomach would be full on less food. My body is appreciating all the greens, and “telling” me so. I’m moving faster with more purpose, and exercise is actually something that isn’t dreadful to me.

My mom never exercised and wasn’t athletic, so I, unknowingly, followed her lead during my formative years and never developed a desire for exercise.  This morning I got on the elliptical and my energy level told me I was well on my way. My legs moved with greater ease. Yes, my Thunder Thighs were finally coming down!

Breakfast-  Fresh juice made with half a head of dandelion greens, 6 leaves of romaine, 4 celery stalks, 2 carrots, 1/3 beet, 3/4 lemon, juiced.

Lunch- Green smoothie (see yesterday) as I worked feverishly to prepare enough of my food to take North for the weekend.

Dinner- On the road, food I had just prepared:  Warm meal one: a combination of potato, cauliflower, spinach, green onion, olive oil, and garlic. Also had a few bites of my other warm meal for the weekend: Wild rice soup with carrots, onion, parsley, dill, and no-salt seasoning.
