I relished my final potato today. Tomorrow I’ll move on to all smoothies and juices. That’s fine with me. I didn’t love the bland vegetable soup. Four days is enough. I just keep reminding myself that it will all be worth it.  Actually, it already is.  I feel so much better than I did, getting energy back and sneezing and blowing my nose less.

Breakfast: Green Smoothie: juice of 1 lemon, water, spinach, organic protein powder, sprouted ground flax & broccoli seed.

Lunch: Baked potato with skin, hemp oil, one green onion on top. Tasted sweet! Most enjoyable meal of the day.

Green smoothie, same as this morning but replaced the spinach with green leaf lettuce, organic. Only drank half and saved the rest for tomorrow morning.

Afternoon snack: None today

Dinner: Vegetable Soup: chopped celery, tomatoes, yellow onions, parsley, leek, garlic, potatoes, all organic.  This time I added no-salt Mrs. Dash chicken seasoning and it sparked it up so that it was actually enjoyable.

Tomato-Cucumber Salad: Same as yesterday,  marinated in the spices and the apple cider vinegar.
