I felt better than I thought I would this morning considering the night I had. But my stomach was crying out for real food since I hadn’t had anything to eat since 2:00 yesterday afternoon.  I took it easy today, watched some Netflix in bed but got up to make the black bean/quinoa dish for lunch.  It was very satisfying.

Breakfast- Organic sweet potato with hemp oil and no-salt seasoning.

Lunch- Black bean quinoa salad with tomatoes, cilantro, green onion, lime zest, lime juice, and no-salt seasoning.

Dinner- Green smoothie with spinach, romaine, sprouted flax, and chia, frozen wild blueberries
