If you’re stressed, you’re in good company. The American Psychological Association has released a report saying the levels of stress in the U.S. are higher than at any other time in the ten-year history of their Stress in America survey.
However, there is something you and I can do about it. First, I’d like to give you a quiz that indicates your personal stress level according to a specific rating scale, devised by professors at the University of Washington School of Medicine.
Then, based on those findings, we can tailor-make a stress program and the tools to help you manage that stress in multiple ways, physically and mentally, according to your belief structure and your body’s capabilities. We can’t eliminate stress from our modern lives (unless we move to Tibet and live in a cave). However, together, we can work to bring stress under control, so it stops ruling your life. After the quiz is completed, we will either Skype or meet in person to work on the solutions.
