LUNCH: 3:30
Smoothie: spirulina, chlorella, turmeric, green superfood chocolate from Amazing Grass., collagen bone broth.
DINNER: 6:30
Celery smoothie with celery, salt, pine nuts, garlic, water. with a side of 4 oz. chicken breast.
