On Day 19 I reached my lowest weight loss since the beginning. However, I have gained a pound and a half since then and can’t seem to shake it. Granted, I have fudged for a few days, but not in large quantities. It just shows that a little white flour (the scones, or corn flour (the Mexican chips) and just a little sugar, can throw things off. And it did throw my progress off. This could be a set point area for me, so I need to be patient with myself while my body wiggles up and down for a while before it decides to move downward again.
BREAKFAST: 11:00
1 1/2 eggs, onion, 1/2 avocado, hot sauce
LUNCH: 3:30
celery smoothie: 4 oz. ground turkey w/garlic sauce
(hungry after lunch, ate 1 scone, tablespoon peanut butter with 72% cacao pieces, sesame sticks, root chips.
DINNER: 6:30
Pork Tenderloin 4.5 lbs., broccoli, kale salad with avocado dressing-based Caesar dressing.
