It took me this long to get back down to my lowest mark on this 30-day journey…8 days of frogging around, making mistakes. Either it was a water weight loss, which, of course, doesn’t count, or I fudged my healthy eating habits too many times since then. But, with my exercises, not only does it show on the scales, I am feeling lighter in my body.  Woo Hoo.  Now we’re getting somewhere!

BREAKFAST:  11:30

5 oz. broccoli, 4 oz. chicken in bone broth

LUNCH: 3:00 (my “hungry time” so I shifted lunch to this time, also to increase my fasting window)

Green Smoothie:  Amazing Grass green superfood, matcha green tea powder, turmeric, spirulina, chlorella, bone broth. collagen, prebiotic fiber, moringa.

DINNER:  6:30

1/2 chicken breast, cubed, cucumbers, salad greens…ate half, not hungry
