Now I know these results are not normal, and I won’t be able to sustain this kind of weight loss in the long term, but it sure feels good to have had no hunger and no sugar cravings so far.  It buoys me for the days to come. I know there will some tough ones. But ‘m ready like never before.  I realize the easiest pounds are off, and it will probably get harder from this point. But I am also armed with information about what actually happens in my body with the sugars, flours and processed foods. Sheer havoc, that I am not willing to do to my body anymore.

BREAKFAST: 11:30

A turmeric tea I modified from a recipe called Flat Belly Tea:  cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, turmeric, coconut milk, MCT oil.

LUNCH:  2:00

Steamed cauliflower, 1/2 avocado, 3 oz chicken breast, bone broth

SNACK:  3:30

I munched on 15 crunchy pod-like looking things, which are baked green peas. I needed to take supplements I forgot to take at lunch and I can’t take them on an empty stomach.  I’m getting rid of these things; the ingredient list doesn’t look healthy at all, though they are “baked green peas.” I’m sure there isn’t a nutrient remaining after all the processing.

DINNER:

Cauliflower steamed with coconut oil spray, 4 oz. turkey with garlic sauce
