BREAKFAST:  10:45

Made the tea mentioned in yesterday’s post. It was warm and satisfying, probably from the healthy fats included in the recipe.

LUNCH:  1:30

4 oz. turkey, broccoli with no-sugar, healthy oil Caesar dressing from Primal Kitchen

DINNER: 6:30

Just not hungry. That’s saying something for me.  I was always ravenous, probably because of the hidden (and also blatant!) sugars I have been taking in off and on forever. Ate only half of a 4 oz. buffalo burger patty, small spinach salad with microgreens. Same Caesar salad dressing used at lunch. Tasty!  Added lemon for a tangy kick.
