Back home and motivated to quickly get off the 1 1/2 pounds I gained this weekend.

BREAKFAST:  Coffee smoothie. Decaf vanilla flavored Kureg coffee as the base with coconut milk, moringa, protein powder, collagen, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

LUNCH:  Leftover gyro pieces, less than 3 oz. (didn’t weigh) with garlic sauce. Red cabbage with sesame ginger dressing prepared with olive oil.

DINNER:  Turkey breast on greens with green goddess/avocado oil dressing.  I love greens, as long as I can have a savory salad dressing.

Results from today:  This morning I lost a pound. Half pound to go until I am back where I was last Friday.
